The Role                                                                                                                                                                         

  • Be part of the evolution that brings our firm into the age of process automation and cloud accounting.
  • Report directly to the COO.  An exciting opportunity to:
  • Play a key role the transition of FL from legacy systems to Cloud informed processes; and
  • Participate and drive the project from start to finish.

  • Interviewing skills

  • Working session facilitation

  • Project management (PMP designation is a plus)

  • Relationship management – internal and external stakeholders

Prior Experience                                                                                                                                                   

Can you share your memories of the following experiences?

  • A minimum of 3 years professional services or similar technology firm experience

  • Process improvement initiatives including information gathering, process mapping, analysis, design, implementation, documentation and monitoring

  • System implementation or App rollout

  • Cloud product experience – particularly workflow and accounting related

  • Relationship management

  • Customers

  • Internal stakeholders

  • Consultants

  • Vendors

Systems Experience (Preferred but Not Required) in the following:                                                      

 Have you more than just tinkered with the following…..?

  • Workflow tools and applications

  • QBO, Sage, Xero

  • Applications in the cloud accounting ecosystem
