Overview

Fuller Landau Family Office is a leading multi-family office in Canada providing objective wealth advisory services to high and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. Our service offering includes investment portfolio advisory, tax planning and compliance, insurance advisory, will and estate planning and general financial planning and advice. 

Reporting to the Partner, this role is responsible for assisting on a variety of client engagements, and providing research and general support.

Key Responsibilities:

-Review and prepare quarterly consolidated investment performance reports and other investment analysis and financial projection reports on an ad hoc basis

-Liaise with clients and advise on investment, planning, financial and tax matters

-Management of Personal, Trust and Corporate tax compliance with exposure to corporate investment bookkeeping

-Maintain an organized client tracking system for investment holdings, due dates and reminders

-Prepare investment portfolio asset allocation proposals and various presentations

-Conduct investment manager and tax research

Candidate Profile:

 -Post-secondary degree specializing in business, accounting or finance

-Has obtained or is pursuing a CPA designation

-Strong foundation in personal and corporate investment portfolio tax

-Experience with financial planning and working with high net worth individuals would be an asset

-Investment knowledge

-Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

-Experience working with database software (ie: Access, SQL) would be considered an asset

-Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of personalities

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work independently, integrate quickly and add value

-Desire to acquire unique skills and build a long-term career

-Solid understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
